Looking good here.

No packet loss since ~ 14:45 yesterday.

Couple of blips on IPV6 between 14:00 and 18:00 yesterday but a clean bill of health on both IPV4 and IPV6 since then.

Fingers crossed.

Apologies for the length of time it took to get this resolved. It was a tricky issue to track down because it only effected some customers. It turned out to be a configuration fault on some equipment upstream of us, within the network of one of our suppliers. This has now been corrected and the issue resolved.

I'm struggling to see any red spikes on my BQM today.

The resolution would only appaer to affect BTw customers though if Simon is correct, unless they have an upstraem supplier between them and the backhaul supplier, which seems unlikely.

Since 19:00 yesterday things have gone mental here and both IPV4 and IPV6 BQMs are showing massive numbers of red spikes (much more often and of greater amplitude than during the recent events).

Anyone else seeing the same?
