Reverse paragraph order in document

I have a document consisting of a long list of paragraphs. I would like to reverse the document ie the last paragraph to be the first, second last second and so on. Does anyone know of a way of doing this in word or Appleworks?

I don't think there's an automatic way.

I'd open a new document side by side with the existing one and drag and drop - then at least you can see what you're doing.

Thought of that but there's over 200 pages thus the search for an automatic solution.

Got this worked out.
Copied the text from word to excel. Created a row in excel alongside the text with a number sequence. Selected all then pressed the sort descending button. The text reversed. Deleted the sequence column then selected all and copy pasted back to word.

Aye lol. It wasn't actually for me it was for the daughter and it's best to keep them happy.

It seems likely the document is just text, as you were able to do it by transferring it to Excel. You can do what you wanted in BBEdit, and probably in its free baby brother Text Wrangler. BBEdit has a Sort Lines ... dialog under its Text menu, and one of the options in that dialog is Reverse Sort.
