No - but that does work well itself, especially if you're in a busy street.
The 5 and 5s and 5c all support HD voice as long as the other person on the call is on the same network and has a handset that supports HD voice.
You can get similar clarity by using Facetime Audio on a 5 , 5s, 5c, using WiFi.
When you hear it the first time you go "wow", and when the other end drops from 3G to 2G and you get the ordinary back again you feel very disappointed. Its bizarre!
(Non iPhone O2 and Vodafone customers can't even try this, as Skype doesn't use the high bandwidth codec sadly, but I don't know about Google Hangouts).
