Where did you find the specifications for the device? I done a lot of research on the device before ordering and couldn't find much on the device at all.
Edit.
I just had a google and found the product on Amazon. It seems to confirm what you said, unfortunately. Though, i'll not take that as gospel until i've tried it myself.
"FREQUENCY BANDS:LTE: B1/3/7/8/20/32/38 (FDD: 2100 MHz/1800 MHz/2600 MHz/900 MHz/800 MHz/1500 MHz, TDD: 2600 MHz) 2CA (DL): CA_3C/CA_7C/CA_38C/CA_1A-8A/CA_1A-20A/CA_3A-7A/CA_3A- 8A/CA_3A-20A/CA_7A-8A/CA_7A-20A/ CA_20A-32A"

Pritty sure it can do CA on band 32
* Support 4G LTE Band B1/B3/B7/B8/B20/B32/B38
* Support 4G LTE Cat.6 2CC Technology
- CA Bands: CA_3C/CA_7C/CA_38C/CA_1A-8A/CA_1A-20A/CA_3A-7A/CA_3A-8A/CA_3A-20A/CA_7A-8A/CA_7A-20A/CA_20A-32A/
Just need to figure a way to find out if mast supports it.
My mobile unfortunately dont support (Oneplus 3T) band 32 so cant use that to test.

I found the VoIP forum. Based on a couple of posts in there, I signed up with Sipgate's free tier. So far so good.
Three unlimited SIMO, replacing 3 km ADSL line.
Previously: BT ISDN, Nildram, Plusnet, 186k, EFH, Be*, Plusnet (again), Pulse8, Sky, Plusnet Business, TalkTalk Retail.

Three tools I've found useful:
1. cellmapper.net
2. The Andoid app Network Cell Info (especially in Map mode)
3. Peter Clarke's website (especially the UK Mobile Spectrum page)

I obtained a few of the freebie 200Mb SIMS, using a Three/Huawei mobile WiFi device.
My average TBB download 26Mbps.
I had to place device in front of a window.
I can almost see the tower, which is on the roof of a block of flats.
A lot of tall trees between the tower and my location.

My AI cube is sitting in a window as thats there it works best.
Still struggling to get it stable. Every few days im having to with third party apps to reset the bands as it seems after a while it stops doing CA and just sticks with 1 band.
Hoping a future firmware might sort this.
At its best i can get 100mb+ downloads when its CA on bands 3/20. Depending on what it decideds after a couple days it goes back down to either 35mb (band 20) or around 70mb (band 3)

Are you sure you have the bands the right way around? I think band 20 is limited to around 37mb/sec, with band 3 capable of around 100mb/sec (absolute max for the cell). If so and you get the best speeds on band 3 you could lock it to that using third party tool and not get this problem (although sacrifice a little download speed).
I found my B525 would seem to stick to band 20 (and thus low speeds of <10mb/sec peak time if I received a call or for whatever reason their is a network 'burp'. Turning device off and on usually worked, however frustrating so I've locked mine to band 3.

Yes you are right, edited

Its not the bands, its the amount of MHZ allocated to the network IN the bands.
5mhz of LTE is thin
10mhz of LTE is medium
20mhz of LTE is maximum
Three has 5mhz on Band 20 (at 800mhz) and 15mhz on Band 3 (at 1800mhz). These are general use. Then they have some 1400mhz for supplemental downlink (SDL), but this isn't widely deployed.
O2 has more than Three. Vodafone has a lot more, and EE massively more.
Three has a lot more than the others for 5G (at 3500mhz).
If you get a strong Vodafone or O2 signal, worth experimenting as Vodafone now has unlimited plans. (for 2G/3G/4G and 5G).
plusnet 80/20 (2/jun/14) at 470m - Sync history highest: 64/9 (Sep/17), 54/6 (Jan/19), 51/6 (Mar/19)
