Have you tried using IMAP rather than POP? They would then be available at each PC until you decided to archive them.

what email provider ?

IMAP is more like a corporate email solution where email is held on the server and the client has an index of subject lines etc, when you click on a message the body is downloaded to read.

Hence you can look at the email from any number of clients until deleted.

IMAP is the best solution, already mentioned. It might mean going to an external mail service, but that is no longer expensive, and many recommend it anyway to become ISP independent, and no longer have to change addresses in a panic if you migrate.

An alternative but workable testicle-aching procedure, (has that beaten the censor?), would be to track down where the OE message files are held, share it, and then from each machine when it wants to be up-to-date go in and copy them to it's own OE message directory.- it is about 6 layers deep but I do it often, as I copy them to another machine often for security - along with favorites. Takes a few minutes, but easy enough to automate with a simple BAT file and a desktop icon. It doesn't give you real-time copies, but once you do the BAT file it wouldn't be a problem to do it when required.

Sorry, I'm not sure of your interests so this may be double Dutch to you

http://www.imap.org/imap.vs.pop.brief.html

From the usage point of view you just tell your mail server to use a different protocol (IMAP rather than POP).

IMAP as others have suggested.
If you're talking about sharing the mail within a lan then configure one PC ( PCa) to collect mail from your external POP3 server, install an IMAP server on that machine and then configure the rest of the machines to use IMAP in their mail clients and PCa as the server.
This is trivial on Linux, don't know what software you'd use on Windows though.
Cheers

if you changed email client to Pegasus it has the ability to run multiple clients off one set of mail, in its "roaming" mode. I use that on a PC with several versions of Windows on it, and the same email is accessible from within each version.

Note that most POP clients can be set to leave a copy on the server, so that the email stays there and accessible to be read again and again. I use this with my home account so I can read it at work and still have it available when back at home.

However, it's in the one server mailbox, so this doesn't intrinsically let you share it with other email account holders.

Who or what do you want to share with?
