adsl filter for New master socket

Hi
I've moved into a property that didn't have a master socket. It was an old style hard wired extension box aka little brown box. They installed a master socket for me but it's slightly smaller than the one I had in my previous house.
I did ask for NTE5 master socket when the engineer came.

Should it be the XTE-2005 Master Faceplate I buy?

Who is they? BT?

Is it a socket that is split into, i.e. comes apart like the usual NTE5

If the socket that's been installed is one of these,

Then you can fit an XTE-2005 faceplate.

yes it comes apart. It was installed by open reach engineer

If like the picture the poster mentioned, then yes an XTE2005 will fit
