Your latest post clarifies the point about your neighbours being able to get FTTP and you not, you need to escalate to [removed by tbb] which is high level complaints.

The OP is not an engineer so may want to translate, UG feed means underground feed rather than an overhead feed that would normally be associated with poles.

Unfortunately what I was told re cabinets was from the provider. I don't know how to post a screen shot. FTTP is not listed for my property but it's for every other house on the street.
did you get FTTP to your home in the end ??
did you email Clive Selley CEO at BT Openreach?
