quantum broadband?

Anyone had any dealings with Quantum Broadband?

I've punched in several postcodes in my area e.g. LN11 and LN12 and they all come up:
"Great news! Ultrafast Fullfibre broadband is in your area"

However I've registered on behalf of 2 members of family, sent emails and tried the phone, absolutely nothing. It makes me wonder if this is a scam just to get peoples email addresses.

I don't think they should be allowed to say FTTP is available in your area when it is clearly not.
