They screwed up the pre-installation by not securing the plastic piping at all from the pavement (so any kid could just yank on it and break it) so had to get a 2nd visit to fix that.
Well today was the final installation date. Hardware installed, connection is fine... BUT, when I went outside to look at the exterior wall, they sealed the hole up with this [censored] clear sticky silicon type sealant. Give it one British winter and that will be leaking water into the brickwork in no time.

Absolute joke! Gonna have to contact Gigaclear again to sort this out!
