DiGi Communications NV... coming to UK?

FiberOne (spelling as on their van) are installing wires on my street for future FTTP service.
I am in LU5 and apparently they are installing on behalf of DiGi, which the installers said is a Romanian company.
According to wikipedia (yes I know) they have a presence in 4 other countries beyond Romania.
I am intrigued, and just wondered if any one knows anything about them.

Yes, it is a Romanian company, with a similar presence in Italy, Spain, Belgium and a few more countries I can't remember now. They have extremely low prices on fibre and mobile internet, my mobile monthly payment is 5 euros per month for an unlimited phone and data package.
If they manage to enter the market, they will blow all the competition.
