It says

Broadband Plus------ Warning Email----------Restrictions Apply ----------------------10GB------------------- 12.5GB

I've used 4.7 gb, and am on Level One management.

Trouble is, the two traffic management level things mean different things, and I don't think anyone has quite worked out fully what they do mean.

As you'll see from http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/network/traffic_management.shtml you've got 4GB "peak time" transfer allowance.

Quite how/where/when that ties in with the info provided on the other page, I'm not sure. It's a mix (bodge) of multiple traffic management plans, which generally seems pretty good and well worked out - as long as you ignore most of the stuff on the portal and just use guesswork to figure it all out...

If you are on plus you seem to have a simpler product than most:

Is This Suitable For Me?
Get a great-value broadband experience that's perfect for web surfing and email.

Broadband Plus is not suitable for data-intensive applications such as file-sharing and large downloads. Broadband Plus is designed for 4GB usage at peak times (4pm - midnight) per month. If you think you need more than this, or you regularly use peer-to-peer, take a look at

Broadband Plus

Perfect for surfing, email, chatting and shopping - not file-sharing and large downloads.
There is no usage cap, however the product is designed for up to 4GB usage each month at 4pm-Midnight. Once your usage exceeds the product design, your downloads and surfing will get progressively slower until the start of your next billing month when your usage is reset.

4GB per month at peak times is more than enough for most Broadband Plus customers, for example you could do all the following:

That is all I can find. I have said it before and I'll say it again, PN's products are overly complicated and confusing and they need to sort it.

http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/network/sustainable_usage_guide.shtml

Remember the 4GB limit is your real limit and that anything after that is considered abnormal I think. It still doesn't say the speeds you will get.

Here it is:

Exceeding maximum monthly peak-time usage - first occasion
If you exceed the maximum monthly peak-time usage for your product, the following restrictions will apply to your service until your next billing date.

All Internet activities will be available at speeds up to 128Kbps at all times.

You can have the restrictions lifted immediately if you upgrade to a product with a higher peak-time usage allowance.

Exceeding maximum monthly peak-time usage - second occasion
If you should exceed the maximum monthly peak-time usage for the same product on a second occasion, the same restriction will be applied. However, they will only be lifted if you upgrade to a product with a higher usage allowance **.

This 'two-strikes' process is repeated each time that you upgrade to an account with a higher peak-time allowance.

That really depends on how much others are using it at the time generally.
