"No fixed download limits"
is what Plusnet put under their Broadband Premier.
That's what I'm on (well until I get the MAC code and leave).
So I was surprised to get a mail last night stating the following
"As a {actual_product} customer, you receive a monthly peak-time usage
allowance of 20GB. This allowance ensures that everyone gets a fair share
of our network resources during peak hours (4pm - Midnight). "
So now I'm a customer they e-mail saying i have a 20GB allowance (limit) Peak time.
How very Strange.
When I changed to "Premier" in Jan, It was 30GB Peak time allowance
Now when I Iog in I get
"More inclusive usage upgrade
Free increase in peak-time usage allowance on our Basic, Plus and Premier products."
They have increased it to 20GB
Well that's 10G LOWER than Jan (Plusnet call that an increase)
But it's not really even 20GB as they start limiting at 13GB (when you knowingly cut the speed of a service that is limiting).
When will Plusnet stop lying?
