Slow Speeds!

Anyone else experience very slow speeds tonight?

Just done a speed test and got this!

Speed Test Results
Downstream 718.6 Kbps ( = 0.7 Mbps )
Upstream 364.0 Kbps ( = 0.4 Mbps )

These are my speeds at the moment:

Downstream 3,693.9 Kbps ( = 3.6 Mbps )
Upstream 369.8 Kbps ( = 0.4 Mbps )

Not brilliant, but nowhere as bad as yours.

Aye I have been getting around 5 or 6 Mbps but not today, tried rebooting the router got around 2 Mbps but has dropped back down again!

2.5 tops (from here), newsgroups terrible.
Ive given up asking. Always told there isnt a problem, 4 weeks now.
