A lot of effort was needed to get this one changed but we got there in the end.

Well Done PUG.

I congratulate PUG on their ability to make PlusNet management see sense! I am also heartened that a major policy decision made by the directors less than a week ago and announced by Neil Armstrong on the Forum has been overturned.

It is nice to see sensibility prevail

Well done PUG.

I would also urge all business customers aware of this fact to raise a ticket and get this confirmed because all too often PN renege on their promises and have claimed that something written on the forum is not official policy.

Furthermore, will PN send this via email to all business customers or will they instead clarify this point in the business T&C? Have all CS staff been made of this fact?

Sorry but I turned cynic as far as PN are concerned a long time ago and hence the additional questions.

Well done on any PUG input on getting this one resolved, credit where credit is due ... however, the cynic in me is left wondering if this might also be a house cleaning exercise by Plusnet for the rumoured takeover by BT?

Any idea what will happen to PUG if this takeover goes ahead?

I haven't asked yet but yes I would like to know where PUG stands. Just been thinking along the same lines myself.

If the PUG got this sorted, then well done to the PUG. PN's prior position was legally indefensible, of course, but it's good to see the PUG applying pressure for PN not only to do the legally robust thing but also to do the morally right thing.
