How do I cancel PlusNet?

I've only been connected to Plusnet for a few weeks now but the traffic shaping/throttling is far too aggrevating to put up with. As i'm now connected, i'll be able to move to a monthly contract on AOL which i couldn't have done before with a free month so the

You will need to complete a month from your activation date as this is the minimum contract period (providing your on a monthly contract and not a 12 monthly one). You then have to give a months notice. Requests for a MAC has to be made via the Raise a ticket part of the members area.
