Hi guys
Signed up for plusnet pro today at £19.99 per month. When I signed up I could have sworn it said it was a 12 month contract but reading the email they just sent me confirming my account it states its an 18 month contract.
Any ideas?!

A BT landline is required for Plusnet Pro. Minimum contract length of 12 months applies.

Well it doesn't say that. It says, "Free wireless router" without an *.

Well, I read it that PRO comes with a router and the contract was for 12 months???

There seems to be some sort of unspecified problem with my order at the moment. They havent told me what yet.

That could be because they intend to again exploit the ignorance of the majority who don't visit forums -- by holding those who don't raise a query to an illegal 18 month contract.

It quite clearly states that its a 12month contract when you sign up. The email is obviously incorrect.

maybe you can find out by reading T & C ? If it was 12 or 18 months ?

It is 12. There was obviously a mistake in the email I got sent.

inform plusnet and tell them to correct it by email system seem to be incorrect and to avoid confusion everyones in future email.
