I would study the market very closely before signing up to Plusnet Home Phone.

The Plusnet website contains deliberate untruths and inaccurate pricing information.

Funnily enough, it costs a Plusnet Home Phone customer exactly double the price of a BT Customer to call Plusnet at the weekend.

Plusnet counter this my making things up like BT customers calling BT on 150 / 0800800150 are charged at lo-call rates! Or that something that costs

I normally stay out of threads of this nature but I just can't believe the incompetence. That threads sums up everything that is wrong with PN.

It isn't us, someone else to blame, laugh or mock third party, it can't be us, we told you it wasn't us, can we help, wait - it was us afterall and had been all along, we will fix it, sorry you can't get through to us but post in a forum and we will suddenly deal with it, we promise to resolve this, we will refund you, no we won't, we will contact you, no we won't....

How is it possible for a company to even survive with the same and constant mistakes and excuses is totally beyond me. In case someone is about to jump on me for "bashing" PN then go right ahead because I haven't said a single thing that is a lie. PN will not survive 6 months or if they do they will be no more than a 1/4 of size or value.

I find it unbelievable that they keep making promises that they can't keep. PN if you are reading this - stop making promises because you can't keep to any of them. I'm afraid time is up, absolutely appalling.
