Well, there is me, 3 referees and a referee where I am not getting the credit, so I make that 5 customers who I am aware of who are happy with the price PlusNet charge and the service we receive. I may not be too demanding of my Internet connection, but PlusNet have yet to let me down.

Why change the name, if you polish a turd it is still a turd after all.

Just improve on what they promise and things should get better.

Took PlusNet to the small claims court and got no response from them. Judgement issued in my favour from the court. Now PlusNet are disputting this and claim to have sent a reponse. It is quite good so I will have to wait and see.
