Why does that Plus.net holding page look suspiciously like the one for Sharky Internet??

Portal Slowdowns - (Ref 34996) - NEW
29th of August 2006, 14:26:02 [15:26 BST]

We have recently encountered an issue affecting access to our web portals and internal systems.

We have taken the decision to undertake a period of emergency maintenence in order to rectify the underlying cause of the problem.

Please be aware that during the maintenence window holding pages will be in place and customers will not be able to access the membercentre or portal services.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and will provide further details as they are made available.

Kind Regards,

Bob Pullen

I expect both were looking for a market-leading holding page solution, that was 2 years ahead of their competitors.

Either that or sharky ripped it off the PlusNet site during maintainence. ;-)

PlusNet have used that page for a long time.
