Portal Down?

Is it just me or is the Portal down?

I can still access the internet, as evidenced by this message, but nothing at PN, i.e. Main portal page, service status etc.

Not just you - more than likely, caused by the current issues with emails which were affecting the Portal as well due to the NetApps being used for part of it too.
