Can't get to Solwise website

I'm stumped:
I can't get to www.solwise.co.uk
No other websites seem to be affected. I've tried different browsers and different computers.
I've had this problem before, but not consistently.
Does anyone else have problems with this domain, or is it just me? Or is it something plusnet are doing? Does anyone have any suggestions??

Can you actually do an NSLOOKUP on the URL?

So you can do an NSLOOKUP so at least that would prove that it's not a local DNS related issue.

It does look like some sort of routing issue though, maybe you should log a ticket on the portal and ask one of the comms guys who post on the PUG forum to take a closer look?

Edit: I wonder if the problem is something bigger because I can't get to the www.travelex.co.uk website from my workplace either now..

I'll do just that. Which brings me neatly to another salient point. I've been with pn for about 4 years, have about 20 referrals, most of whom I still do IT support for. Most people regard me as kind of techy.

But I'm damned if I can work out how to raise a ticket quickly and simply on that fangled website.

Is there some sort of short cut where I don't have to be asked if I've rebooted my equipment?

I'll grant pn one victory - they've lowered their support level required for me. It's been ages since I've even bothered trying to get help!

But now, it seems, I do need help. Will it be hell?

As soon as you get a pop up wizard window, move it and you should see an option to ask a question below that. It is best to get the wizard through the correct places though as at least your question will go into the correct pool (and to the most relevant agent then).
