Migrating Away - Some Suggestions?

Hi,

I've been thinking a lot recently about moving away from plus net, as i'm fed up with all the issues surrounding crawling p2p (nearly permanently (am i'm not even near the silly 13gb peak limit)) and email issues.

Thing is not sure who to go to and if/how long i would be without a connection for??

I'm after someone who won't throttle any p2p to death and has a sensible peak time limit.....

Anyone got any suggestions?
