Mail down again, +net rubbish again

is it just me but smtp mail is down

Task 'Base - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC65) : 'Your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: 503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA'

this path has been placed before you. get your pick out and rip it up, it aint worth jack.plusnet

i had a problem connecting to it just now but i tryed again and it worked, so something could be up.
