Email for support at PN?

[link to this post]

Anyone know an email address for someone in support at PN I can contact urgently. I arranged a disconnection for tomorrow, but my house move was delayed so I have tried to arrange a move instead for the end of the month. Despite various updates, my ticket doesn't appear to have been actioned in the last week and to all intents and purposes they will be disconnecting me tomorrow. I need to contact someone urgently to try to ensure this doesn't happen.

I should add before anyone says anything, I've tried to get through by phone to no avail.

Might be best to try the Plusnet Forums.

When angry, count to four; when very angry, swear.

I posted on the PUG Forum and the PlusNet Customer Support forum yesterday to try to get a billing problem resolved for anither user. There has been no response from PlusNet. I also emailed a PlusNet rep yesterday but have not had a response.

This is not what I am used to getting from PlusNet. I am beginning to think that something has gone awry at PlusNet Towers.

They are published in various places around the forums. Here's a couple to be going on with - in descending order of seniority:

Carol Axe - [email protected]>
Ian Wild - [email protected]
Dave Tomlinson - [email protected]

Where have you been for the past few months?
Most of the British broadband market seems to have been in chaos for the last few months.
Indeed, Tthe wheels started to fall off at Plusnet some time before that. At about the time that they were quoted on the Stock Exchange.
Not so much, problems, but daily failures of fairly basic functions. As for the Tiscali Wholesale fiasco.................................!
Do please have a look back through this forum & also in the ISP unhappiness forum.

Good luck with your house move, may everything else go smoothly & to plan.

FYI, Ian has just responded. Of course he's saying he's too busy with the building move, so has passed this on to Mand or Liam...

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now, but if I have problems then I'll probably be back to cancelling the service.
