Sky's LLU will have it's own profile and way of obtaining a stable speed. My comments only relate to LLU on PlusNet, different LLU providers and ISPs will do their own thing.

Sky appears to have a target SNR of 6db and uses interleaving as ON by default if my friends connection is anything to go by.
