Leaving finally, to Zen?

Right, that's it - I've had it.
Three torrents on last night, but plusnet managed to throttle the connection such that not a single byte got through. I was connected, and had peers available - availability for the files was up around the 7 mark on utorrent, but all three were still at 0.0% after three hours.
So - I'm leaving. I've been tempted to for a while now with the deteriorating customer service, and last night was the proverbial straw.
My current plan is to head over to Zen, they're more expensive at

I think so many P2P users will leave PN
My torrect download speed when up 50 times
the day I left PN.

Raise a ticket requesting your MAC
With PN its hard to tell how ong it will take.
Once you give your new ISP the MAC
normally takes about 7 days.

Make sure you request it through the correct ticket path in...

Help & Support: cust services & billing -> Account Management -> Request a MAC Key (Moving To Another Broadband Provider)

If not, that will delay it...
