Are you thinking of leaving? If so why? Maybe we can help with any problems you are having?

hi

just the speed thing on bb+. it's been a couple of weeks now and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. shame coz i was thinking of signing up with their phone package as well. i'll wait and see what happens over the next couple of weeks or so.

From a post on the portal forums it appears the extra capacity may be here this week - hang on!

(Also if your 8am to midnight usage is less than 2GB per month, you should consider changing to PAYG, it is and will always be faster than BB+, especially at peak times).

Requesting a MAC Code does not instigate a cancellation request. Your service will continue as per, if the MAC Code expires.

I think James was so excited because of the news of the new capacity he linked his reply to the wrong post!

Ah, silly me. People were told by PN that this had nothing to do with lack of capacity. Have they changed their mind?
