"We have stated that additional capacity will improve the speeds currently being seen by Broadband Plus customers. We have also stated that the network is proportioned accordingly for BB+ customers based on that they contribute towards bandwidth."

Additional capacity is only a short term solution to what is obviously a long term problem. It may or may not temporarily alleviate current BB+ problems and allow users to use the product to limits they signed up for. BB+ is obviously not a sustainable product in its current form. What are PN doing to solve the long term problem for BB+ users?

If you want to discuss the long term future of BB+ this in not the thread.

This is about obtaining a MAC.
