We're waiting on further clarification from BT on what is happening following yesterdays LLU announcement (And the follow-up on IPStream this morning), but our policy here was that we were passing the charge made by BT to BBYW customers. If there is no charge I would assume that there would be nothing to pass on, although I don't have formal confirmation of that yet from the people who make such decisions.
As far as I know, not one of our customers has been charged a cease charge yet, although our first job will be to see if we have any of these in progress that we would have passed onto existing BBYW customers.
