How long for referrals payments?

Any Plusnet reps in?

I've been waiting for a referrals payment to be made into my bank a/c since the first week in May, but it still hasn't appeared. I've had a ticket open since Wednesday for this (ID: 21912950), and provided copy bank statements to prove that I haven't received the payment.

Not a PlusNet rep, but I believe it works on a monthly basis. If you are a customer then each month you will get a reduction in your payments. If non the other hand you are taking part in their partner programme, you will only get paid once your credit is above

Yep, that's spot on. The payments are processed as a BACS run once a month so should arrive in the first week of next month.

Thanks for looking at the question. My bad, I mis-read and now see it says the next month, slightly confusing as the email came in hours into the first day of the month and I assumed it may have been sent the previous day.

Why not set the scripting to send the email just before the payment is due to arrive though rather than a month before (and then people forget about it). BACS is a 3-day cycle for a payment but you can also make future dated payments, but surely you must be able to send out an email just before the payment goes through?

Unless the run takes place a lot later. I've had payments arrive well after 14th of the month, so it seems these manual runs are at random intervals

Sorry Dave, it's the following month now. Even if the payment was sent to BACS on the last working day of the first week in the month it should have arrived my now.

My last one came on the 18th. It's the 13th now and still no sign of this one.
