Now thats a bit of research well made, where do you think plusnet breached an act and can they improve if they do this sort of thing again?

What? You mean even after you've left Plusnet, you can still be paid? Is that right? If so, Plusnet will need to back date the 2Yrs+ of payments that I've not had since I left...!!

They will pay if you downgraded to a PAYG dial-up account and if you left within the last year or so (they changed the scheme to include payments on non-subscription accounts around a year ago). Before this date, when people left the referal links between accounts was destroyed when the paying account was closed.

So some of us lost what is now paid, but advised of changes to staff and the system by email as though we still had.
