Is there any way to find out what time of the day the usage on my account would be? I have had an email to say I have exceeded my PAYG monthly limit and have 2GB added at a cost of £2. Now as far as I remember I have never gone over my limit.

There is absolutely no substitute for a genuine lack of preparation
the CSC reps have access to that info if you call them, they can also tell you whether it was download or upload traffic, you can't see this on the portal usage charts.
