Thanks. It was more a question for a friend who is with Plusnet. She has been with Plusnet for 11 months and is thinking about signing up to Plusnet Value. Would she get the free wireless router if she does so?

Plusnet Value is only available on an 18 month contract though I thought? Also, does she have to wait until her 12 months are up on her original package or can she switch now and get the router?
But SHOULD be available for out of contract customers with no contract, without modem or introductory discount but so far PN are not replying to that question.
Not looking to switch to the newer products as a) usage to high b) market 2 exchange.. but fail to see the sudden need to insist on contracts for a change of product.
