For a monthly contract...

Surely if Plusnet have confidence in their services, they don't need to lock in their customers?

If the service is good (and it generally is), and the price is fair (£11.99 seems fair to me), then why be afraid of losing customers? Generally speaking I wouldn't dream of moving from one ISP to another if the two conditions above are true.

I've been doing some sums and have paid Plusnet around £1000 in the last four years for Premier Option 1, and have an average monthly usage of 6GB. I reckon Plusnet have done well out of me and I would like to discuss my options with a rep please. smile
