Off Peak usage on Unlimited.

[link to this post]

Just over three months on unlimited and all of a sudden my usage is showing up as Peak and Off Peak. I did not realise that there was such a thing on unlimited.

This change as been implemented on the fourth day of my new billing cycle, prior to this all usage showed as peak with no entry for off peak usage. There is no change in my usage pattern.

Anyone else seeing this change?

There isn't peak and off peak but after many requests from users on the Plusnet forums it was introduced so that people could decide whether the Value package would be better for them

Cheers for the info, that makes sense.

Also so they could figure out their usage if they were considering upgrading to Pro for the higher speeds.

As others have alluded to in this thread the change was intentional and based on feedback from customers.

The change has not been applied retrospectively so the usage split this month won't be 100% accurate but should be once you've entered a new billing/usage period.
