Am on it, looks like something died in the exchange because I can't even run a status check.

Thanks Ben. Sorry about all this. I have the router on monitor and at present it's perpetual handshake link up then link down. We await BT. if anyone needs me to do anything here just ring.
Thanks.

Have you had to change your router login details as a result of your move? If so have you tried both old and new?

grahamn's been connected on PN since the move from Waitrose, but he's had no sync since I performed an SNR reset. Am trying to fix asap.

As per our conversation and my update on your ticket, I've booked an engineer for tomorrow morning but I've also re-applied the SNR reset to see if that kicks the system back into gear.

If this is successful, please let me know or call us on 0845 140 0200 to cancel the engineer's visit.

I'll pick up any update on Monday if I don't hear back from you today.

I wondered if BT had removed the wrong domain from his line and this only became apparent with the reconnect forced by the SNR reset.

It's a no sync issue, not auth.

Fingers crossed....we seem to be back online .. Hopefully that won't change anytime soon! BT had to replace some equip. in the exchange apparently. Don't know the details.

Many thanks for your help Ben.
