My router is showing the following details for my connection:

What should i be getting?

The line speed reported by Plusnet is their copy of the IP Profile, which should be but isn't always the same as the BT original.

You need to run the BT Performance Tester to find out the profile. It may give two, so please post the full result.

On 6784kbps connection it should be 5500kbps, but if you have had 5696-6208kbps in the last 5 days 5000 is correct and should rise within 5 days of getting the 6784.

Noise margin looks a bit high so maybe you could get a bit more by a day-time sync. Is the line unstable though?

I think something isnt working correctly:

Same with almost every ISP that has recently moved to 21CN . SOmetimes it does seem to get it right though.
