AVG and Vistumbler

[link to this post]

AVG is detecting Vistumbler as a virus Worm/Autoit.PKW. Vistumbler is the Vista version of Netstumbler. The author of Vistumbler is hitting a brick wall with the AVG people. He has supplied the programme code to AVG who still insist the detection is correct. I have been using Vistumbler for some months without problem, but it's only recently that AVG has decided it's a virus.

Anyone else having this problem?. Is there an alternative to Vistumbler?.

I think I'd be looking for an alternative to AVG!

AVG isn't the only one that picks up on it...

Virus Total result for the V9 beta

V8 comes up clean, for all major AV programs.

Kind Regards
