i cant believe no one on here knows the answer to my question about how track my sky order

You need to be registered on the Bt site.

Even with that the chances are it won't show up until after the works been completed at the exchange as the engineer needs to update their work logs to the BT database.

Worth a shot if not try speaking to Sky and see if they have a RFS date for your Service from BT Wholesale.

also got my sky router this morning will i have to wait until 14/03 to plug it in 2 see if im connected to sky

my internet went off this morning for over 1 hr first time this has happened

looks like you are connected to me. Have you tried it?

I signed up on 5th March, ain't had anything from Sky yet not even a letter. Only the automated Welcome email.

i got a letter this morning from sky just a standard welcome one

not the other one with details of live date etc
