How to track order?

Just ordered sky bb and handed over my MAC...worried its all going to go horribly wrong. Where can I go to check the order statuses? All places I go seem to require username/password etc. i.e. bt order tracker.

Am I missing something a bit obvious?

At the bt order tracker, if you don't already have a username and password just sign up.

However, to sign up you need a BT account number (which you will only have if you pay BT for your phone bill). If you don't have one then, from what I've been told, it is not possible to track how the order is going without speaking to Sky.

Make sure you use the small business one, not the home/residential one.
