E-mail problems fix!

My sister could not get e-mail from sky for days and was getting the server error that sky say they are fixing... Here is how I got it to work:

Log into http://www.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/mysky <<< edit your profile so that all required info is entered and change the password to a new one that differs from the one sky gave you.

Then go to http://www.skybroadband.com and sign in... You should now see a new error about a "portlet" log out then back in again and hey presto your e-mail should work.
