Has anyone managed to do this?

I just had a letter of them saying that cant process my order as they think im on llu the numpties.

I expect its more to do with my mac code that Zen supplied as when I gave it them they said they had never heard of one starting with that before.

It kept bugging out when I was trying a couple of weeks ago, can't remember the error. Ended up ringing them instead, call took all of 5 mins and a week later I was up and running.

Yer im getting an error as well and it says I should call sky but hte trouble is and no disrespect here but they have a hard time understanding english.

I have been getting that error for the last few weeks now.

If you do call them to place your order, make sure you spell out the MAC code phonetically. That should save on any delays due to it being taken down incorrectly.

Check through the list of posts as I'm sure someone gave a number that should route to the UK call centre.

Well after ringing them and them promising to get back in touch within 48hrs it aint happened.

Really wish they could get there online system running so I could wack my mac code in there.

I ordered on 20 / 12 / 06 got an e-mail 5 mins later stating

Thank you for ordering from Sky.com.

Your order is being processed and you will receive your sales confirmation letters within the next few days.

Please note, if you have upgraded your TV selections, your new package price takes effect immediately. You have already been charged for the coming month at the previous rate, so you will be debited for the days you received the new package and credited the existing price for that period on your next statement.

In the meantime if you have any queries about your order or you wish to make any changes, please email [email protected] or call 08702 40 40 40.

Phoned them 22nd to confirm the order went through , they checked and said a letter was going out that day and said my activation is 3 / 01 / 07

I used internet explorer and everything worked fine.
