Should i be concerned?

[link to this post]

Ordered 5/month Connect on 5th March, got the automated Welcome email there and then, i've heard nothing since. No Welcome letter in post or anything its now a week past.

I rang up few days ago to ask about the order and was told everything was ok and my router etc was still "awaiting delivery". Why is it still awaiting delivery a week later?

I'm confused. Who is best to ring to find out why ive heard nothing Sales or Tech Support?

Also there is nothing on the BT Order Track either since my last migration in Nov

Thanks

For those that are waiting on Sky Connect be Patient. the router is not sent until after BT say they will change the line over on the day Sky have requested. This acknoledgment can happen the day of the connection or after it and sky won't send the router until Bt acknowledge it. I went live last tuesday and the router arrived with me today (6 days lateR).

I'm not sure whats happening with my connection I have not had an actvation date letter so rung up to see what was happening (ordered for the second time after sky made a mess of mac code on 6th March) only to be told my activation date was 13th March. Nothing yet and don't really expect to be connected as nothing is showing on bt checker. But i've got 2 routers sent by sky. this fills me with confidence.

Just spoke to Sky, they say my activation date is tomorrow - and due to an error my router/welcome letter will only be sent tomorrow also.

Super - going to be without service for a few days

Good luck still waiting to be activated today, but I can see me having to ring Sky up tomorrow to ask why I'm not activated, and more than likely get told yet more lies. Well I should be used to it by now. Let us know if you get onto sky tomorrow.
