Which is the difference between a massed ISP with thousands of support staff who follow the crib sheet, versus those who are well briefed or understand the various numbers involved.
Indeed, there is a Tech Support office here in Londonderry, specifically for Broadband, have a few mates who work there, they recieve minimal trainning and i spoke to a few about my stuck profile and they were clueclue how they could sort it. Other than waiting 5days for a T3 to call.
