I wasn't generalising other users issues.
Please notice the contruction of my sentence - i.e. "I found all the horror stories about the CS to be complete and utter twaddle"
That is a perfectly true and accurate statement. "I"(as in me - the singular) "found all the horror stories about CS" (i.e. I had heard lots of horror stories about Sky CS - lots from people who hadn't used Sky) "to be complete and utter twaddle" (i.e. none of the horror stories I had heard materialised).
If I had left out the word "I" - and put something like "All the horror stories about the CS are complete and utter twaddle" - that would have been generalising and inaccurate.
Anyone is welcome to discuss their own experiences of Sky CS but "I found all the horror stories about the CS to be complete and utter twaddle"
Also seeing as Sky has over a million users now I think - the fact that this forum is one of the least used for a very active ISP would also seem to indicate that the vast majority of Sky users don't get any problems - or when problems do arise, Sky CS is adept at fixing those problems.
