My migration date is tomorrow, i've got my username and password out of my sky router already can i just put those in my dg834gt router and apply and be connected or do i need to change anything else in my router?? cheers

That's all you need I believe, unless the new black routers are different as the older white ones worked in this manner.

I've got one of the new "black" routers and nothing else was required to do the change.

You don't need to do anything else. I would advise you to hang on to the Sky-supplied router, in case you have technical problems in the future.

Thanks for the reply's next question is, i just tried a torrent and hit 940kbps with the sky router but only around 300 with my own netgear router any ideas why/ any settings i need to change??? Or can i lower my snr with the new sky sagem router?? I'm finding that web pages are sometimes slow and torrents are very up and down with my netgear dg834gt with ubergt custom firmware but fine with the sky router, so if anybody knows of any settings i need to change in the netgear cheers rob
