What Speed

What throughput and what sync rate can i expect with the following stats. Anyone got similar stats ? I would rather have user experiences than what a speed check tool tells me.

A maximum of around 10-12Mbps if you optimise your internal phone wiring (ring wire, master socket, face-plate - the usual tricks).
