Using sky wifi the cloud

anyone using SKY wifi in pubs using the cloud.

I have this on my droid device and somehow get tapped in the free 30mins web access and then the internet stops, even if I attempt to login.

It is as though
* The cloud auto detects my device and "welcomes me back" and logs me in automatically
* I get 30mins access
* the cloud the blocks me and throws up the welcome logon page
* I can not logon as the logon process is "blocked" stating invalid username/password

Frustration using theCloud connection in the pub . grrrrrr

** note: I did use a different PC and then used my sky username/password to access the sky web site, so the password is correct.

Finally in order to get support you need to ring the support number, which you can not see until logged in.
