Another vote for looking for external routes - you can possibly come out the front of your house with an external cable and hide it behind a downpipe to get up into your loft, and then drop back down the rear of the property. If you need more drops then add a switch in the loft, using one that can be powered by PoE if you can't get power up there easily.
