Complaint

[link to this post]

Hi anyone from Talk Talk come on here i need to talk to someone in UK about my daughters phone and internet, its been down for a week and when you call her phone it goes to someone else on BT and Talk Talk knew they had a fault, and now say there going to charge £50 to fix it, her phone and internet was working fine then just went off.

If anyone can give me a number for them in UK that would be great.

Or is there somewhere i can complain about them ?

That's what i would like to know, loads of Talk Talk customers had a problem for over a week, now say its a fault at the house ?

When they first had it installed they had no internet, so i give them an old Talk Talk router and worked great, but when the engineer come out he could not get any other to work except the one i give them, so proves how useless they are.

How is it possible that an internal fault redirects an incoming call to her # to somebody else? Is her socket wired into another house? No, they are talking bs.

Wasn't it the case a number of years ago that you could dial your own number and ''talk to your self'' to check the line , now it says that to check ''this'' your number'' for messages, you should dial 1571?

How can a call go ''down a wire to a specific number'' then end up at another ''wire'' at a different number??

Is the number in the same area with the same dialing code, or miles and miles away ??

Has she tried dialing 17070 to check her number [ where a voice reads out your actual number] then pressing 1 for ring back , which will cause her phone to ring, which is checking the route of the line back to that number !

TalkTalk was fined by ofcom £3 million pound in 2011 as I can see hundred of customers including my neighbour friend had a problem ongoing with TalkTalk and charged £150.00 for 3 times engineer sent out and the broadband/phone went off after they had left. The fault was outside of the property.

It's was talktalk cheat to get your money back for all these £3 million pound that talktalk had lost it to ofcom in 2011.

TalkTalk are the biggest scam cowboys ever!
